The interviewee was Cheon Youngmuk (this paper will call him ‘Mr.Cheon ‘or ‘the interviewee’). Born in 1964, he graduated Wonju high school and Yonsei University business administration in sequence. Right after the university graduat
the usage of advanced facilities and new technologies is increasing although workers do not catch these new skills. Sometimes, if the equipment fails, workers ask a machinery repair to machinery producer.
In addition, the majority of the workers in direct department are working with tacit knowledge accumulated during long work experience. Therefore, the workers rely on the skills and management
the bus. If someone want to take a bus in a standing, they have to go tothe bus stop half hour early. It is unfair and the students have a right be receive the same service about their money.
What is the solution of this problem? Inha University has to increase theschool buses especially popular lines. I know that it takes more cost. However, nothing is more important than life of person.

Culture, whether it is shared by the scale of country, school or company, it has tremendous influence on its members. Culture can’t be made and handled by people but it is formed by itself.
