1. Introdution
"When You Trap a Tiger" is a middle-grade novel written by Tae Keller, which won the prestigious 2021 Newbery Medal, one of the most prestigious awards in children's literature. It was also a finalist for the 2021 Asian/Pacific American Award for Literature.
