B. Diagnosis of facial injury

a. contusion(좌상, 타박상)
- blunt trauma에 의하여 발생하며 드물게 subcutaneous hematoma를 동반할 수
있는데 이는 후유증으로 함몰기형을 유발할 수 있으므로 다량의 hematoma는
천자나 피부 절개로 배혈시킨다

2. 화상환자의 상태에 따른 분류
-화상입은 부위와 넓이와 깊이에 따라 중증도가 나뉜다.
1)중증화상(major burn)
․체표면적의 25% 이상의 화상(10세 이하의 어린이 및 40세 이상의 성인에서는 체표면적의 20%이 상)
․체표면적 10%이상의 피부전층 화상
․얼굴, 눈, 귀, 손, 다리, 회음부 화상
