This report is discussing about the environmentally friendly ideas and concept with academic viewpoints of management sector. It contains environmental approaches toward relationship with the society, natural environment and traditional theories of business administration in energy, wastes, impact of the disasters caused by pollutions.
The main intention is to give some insights that how environmental management sector could be linked with the existing management theory, finding possibilities of synergy between eco-friendly and profit making. The big frame of this writing is been consisted by three main parts, the identity of environmental management, sustainable development inside the management area, and TBL concepts to the management.

2. 1 Why Environmental Management?
Humanity was able to meet the rapid economic growth, resulting in prosperous life after the appearance of the industrial revolution and modernism paradigm. However this kind of approach is causing serious problems to be solved or to be evaded in nowadays. It is not hard to obtain some information related with global environmental problems such as climate change due to global warming, rising sea levels, tropical forest loss, desertification, and coastal and river pollution are being recognized a significant threat to our future. These issues are closely related with problems such as environmental damage and natural resources exhaustion.
