docxSouth Korea will start easing social distancing rules for fully vaccinated people starting next week, with tougher rules reserved for those that are yet to be vaccinated.

규칙을 적용할 예정이다.
The Ministry of Health and Welfare announced Friday that afterfull vaccination-- 14 days after a single-dose vaccine or the second dose of a two-dose regimen --, people will be exempt from the two-people rule in the evening hours.
보건복지부는 백신 접종 완료자(1회 접종으로 완료되는 백신 접종자는 접종 후 14일 이후)에 한해 저녁 시간에 2인 이하 모임 제한에서 면제된다고 밝혔다.
After6 p.m., no more than two people can gather at a time under the current guidance, but up tofour people will be able to minglestarting Monday if they are vaccinated, the ministry said.
오후 6시 이후에는 현행 지침에 따라 한 번에 2명까지만 모일 수 있지만, 백신
접종 완료자 까지 포함될 경우 차주 월요일부터 4명까지 모일 수 있게 된다.
People who are not yet vaccinated or just partially vaccinated will have to abide by the gatherings ban until further advised by the ministry.
아직 백신 접종을 하지 않았거나 완벽한 예방 접종을 하지 않은 사람들은 정부의추가 지침이 있을 때까지 모임 금지를 준수해야 한다.
Son Young-rae, spokesperson for the ministry, told a news briefing that the social distancing waivers were meant to boost vaccine uptake, and that municipal offices will have some leeway(재량) in introducing their own post-vaccination incentives.
보건복지부 대변인은 브리핑에서 사회적 거리두기 면제는 백신 접종률을 높이기 위한 조치라며 시 당국은 백신 접종 완료자에 대해 인센티브를 제공하는 것에 어느 정도 재량을 갖게 될 것이라고 말했다.
“Vaccination status will come into play more and more in how social distancing rules apply,” he said, adding that in about a month’s time, Koreans may get to enjoy a growing set of freedoms as vaccination rates rise.
그는 사회적 거리두기 규칙이 적용되는 방식에 백신 접종 여부가 점점 더 중요해질 것이라며 한 달 정도 지나면 백신 접종률이 올라감에 따라 사람들은 점점 더 많은 자유를 누릴 수 있을 것이라고 밝혔다.
“Half of the country is expected to be completely vaccinated by September’s end. Currently, it’s about one fifth,” he said. “At least 70 percent will have gotten their first doses by then.”
9월 말까지 50%의 접종률을 기록할 것으로 기대하며 현재 접종률은 20% 수준이라고 밝혔다. 또한 9월말까지 적어도 70%가 1차 접종을 완료할 것이라고 말했다.
He had hinted earlier this week that penalties for people who refuse to get the vaccine were “under discussion,” but that they wouldn’t be implemented any time soon. “Right now the focus is on encouraging more people to get vaccinated,” he said.
