Here, when spring comes
to Canterbury,
daffodils bloom gay
and golden
in the woodland
of Hagley Park.
Through the park,
tree-bordered, green-banked,
the Avon flows,
a small and placid stream.
The riverbank is cool
and green,
a quiet haven from the bustle
of the city.
Nearby are tall buildings,
busy streets,
and the heart o

cant quite see, due to fast camera cuts. The creature and human
roll around in combat, the creature slashing the man until he kills him.
The mans friend appears and stabs the creature with something
(looks like a stake, maybe his comrades torch?) and the creature
disappears into the darkness of the cave. The man looks down at his
friends lifeless form, then starts to look around for t

Though mentioned often in the script, the creatures in PITCH BLACK are
seldom seen at length; rather, they are glimpsed, they are heard, they are
felt. They are, really, the embodiment of your nocturnal fears: A howling
coyote that jars you awake; the painting on the wall that comes to life
creature seems clumsy by comparison. The SOUND of a
distant hunting horn makes them pause. A second NOTE is
heard. The unicorns drift, silent and languid, into the
farther reaches of the forest.

EXT. HILLSIDE OVERLOOKING CASTLE - DAY
The hunting horn SOUNDS a third time. A young woman still
close to childhood, fifteen at most, turns back to look at
the castle in the distance. A troop of armed
creature?
Puppet: Who?
Clopin: What is he?

Clopin: How did he come to be there?
