Kimil song, the old socialist constitution of 1992 was for succession of Kimjongil. In newly revised constitution in 2009, they deleted ‘communism’ word and added ‘songun ideology’ to strengthen the power base of Kim jung il. Based on the newest constitution, there are Supreme People’s Assembly, National Defense Commission, standing Committee of the Supreme People’s Assembly, and c
