<세포 분열 관찰>
1. Introduction

Effect of NGF and inhibitors on neurite outgrowth of PC12 cells
We found that neurite outgrowth in the PC12 cells was stimulated by NGF and that ML-9, an Akt inhibitor, prevented this outgrowth.
Moreover NGF-induced neurite outgrowth was greatly enhanced in cells overexpressing a constitutive form of Akt, CA-Akt,
and dramatically inhibited in cells expressing a dominant negative Akt.
Recent studies have demonstrated that cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) expression is up-regulated in a number of cancers.
The COX-2 isoform is induced in response to inflammatory factors and is expressed in premalignant lesions, including cervical tissues.
In this preliminary study, the variability of COX-2 overexpression in cervical premalignant lesions was assessed.

(2) Active targeting
Nanoparticle passive targeting can be enhanced by ‘active targeting’, where specific ligands (peptides, antibodies, aptamers, or small molecules) are attached to the nanoparticle surface to bind receptors/antigens overexpressed on cancer cells. Targeting increases accumulation in tumors and lessens exposure to healthy tissue, which can improve a toxic drug’'s therape
