실험방법
sample tissue 을 microtube에 넣고, 100 µL 2X CTAB 용액 첨가한 후,
plastic pestle을 이용하여 갈아준다.
위 microtube에 600 µL 2X CTAB 용액 더 넣고 섞은 후,
(Add β mercaptoethaol final cons. 1%) 75℃에서 30분간 반응시킨다.

온도를 실온까지 낮춘 뒤, 같은 부피의 chloroform을 넣
