1. Definition of Learning disability
The term "Learning Disabilities" usually refers to developmental problems in reading, writing, and arithmetic ―the "three Rs" of the classroom that are essential to learning as well as to everyday functioning.
2. Epidemiology
Prevalence of learning disabilities ranges from 2~10 percent of U.S. school children, with rates for b
needs of children in this society and actively involve with children. This course is easily organized so the church doesn’t need to struggle too much to find the teachers for this program. This camp targets 8-9 years old children, who are in critical period of learning language. Giving them good experience in learning language in a creative way will influence their further steps on learning.
