- 2017.04.14 Rt. side weakness 및 dysartria 발생하여 서울대병원 신경과 입원하였으며, 우측 상하지 위약감에 대한 지속적인 재활 위해 2017.04.28 청담병원 입원함.
- premorbid functional status : self gait, indep ADL.
