WHAT THEY GIVE UP
Time after time, leaders had to make sacrifices to be the leaders God creared them to be. Often, the greater the calling, the greater the sacrifice required.
Noah. He required to give up every place and every person. Thats what Noah did. He started the world over from scratch.
Abraham. As Hebrews 11:8 states, he went "not knowing where he was going"(NKJV).
Joseph. The Law of Process gave you insight into his life and what he gave up-his comport, his home, and his freedom.
Nehemiah. The leader who demonstrated the Law of Navigation gave up a cushy job. When he got a broken-down city in the boondocks, he faced opposition and death threats.
Paul. The greatest of Jesus apostles gave up his secure life. Because of his leadership for the cause of Christ.

ANOTHER LEADER, ANOTHER SACRIFICE
Moses, the greatest prophet of the Old Testament.
Yet Moses was willing to risk losing all of that to try to help his people.
When Moses fled Egypt, he probably thought he had risked and lost everything for nothing.
Moses had undergone the breaking and remaking process required for him to be used by God.
Leadership always has a cost.
To be a leader, you may not be asked to leave your country or give up all your possessions, as Moses was.
But you can be sure that leading others will have a price.
