학원과 카페에서 백신 패스 강제를 중단하는 법원의 결정이 개인의 자유와

The ruling comes after some groups of parents and cram school owners filed the case in December, claiming that the vaccine mandate for students infringes (제한 침해하다) on their freedom and right to learn while enforcing vaccination on minors.(미성년자)
이번 판결은 미성년자에 대한 백신 의무 접종 논란 가운데, 일부 학부모와 학원 운영자들이 지난 12월 학생에 대한 예방접종 의무가 학생의 자유와 학습권을 침해한다며 주장하며 소송을 제기한 후 나온 것이다.
The verdict has made it uncertain whether the government will be able to implement its youth quarantine pass as scheduled in March.

Even if the enforcement starts as planned, the youth vaccine mandate will become practically meaningless if cram schools are excluded from it, the experts said. "We will discuss the operation of the vaccine pass system within the framework of the entire quarantine system after waiting for a final ruling on the issue," Education Minister of Education Yoo Eun-hae said Wednesday. "We will continue to inform and encourage students and parents of the need for vaccination."

The ministry has filed an appeal with a higher court, saying that the vaccine pass is necessary to protect unvaccinated people from Covid-19 infections and crucial in maintaining the countrys medical response system.
