Amorepacific CRM activity has been unsystematic due to no Consumer Database.
Promotion pack is an efficient sales driver as, it gives more value offer to the consumers (Price DC or On-pack premiums)
Especially on certain season, Promotion packs are huge sales trigger in the Cosmetic Industry (Jan, May, Sep, Dec)
2 Assumptions before moving on to Data Mining step
1.Consumer Purchase Behavior
- Consumers with not enough Budget Value, hope to purchase “SKIN-LOTION”
or “SKIN-LOTION-ESSENCE”.
- As real CRM DB is unreachable, based on experience and insight, the 2 regimen
trend was selected by the team members
2. Promotion pack Price
- Promotion pack price discount rate is randomly fixed due to data unavailability
- Team just focused on Innisfree set, for more accurate analysis
