더 이상의 Surgical treatment는 어려움. Medication & observation
F/U CT
혈종의 용적이 감소하고있고 sulcus와 gyri의 effacement도 없어지고 cerebral edema와 cord compression등은 완전히 해소되었다. Parietal, Occipital lobe의 Lesion도 보이지 않는다.
경과

3/2 Left leg swelling, Long vascular CT 상 DVT
PT INR/aPTT 1.1/26 Fibrinogen 267 D-dimer 5767
－＞ IVC filtering + LMWH (target aPTT 60sec)
3/4 Sputum, Urine Cx. Acinetobacter baumani
3/6 Blood Cx. Enterococcus faecalis
심장 내 vegetation 확인위해 TTE시행
Antibiotics change (Tazocin, Minocin add. Netilmycin stop)
3/13 Fever 및 Leukocytosis, CRP, ESR 정상
Total stitch out 시행
