1) 검사
- 위내시경 검사
- 혈액 검사 (전혈구계산: complete blood count)
- 소변 검사
- 호흡 검사
- 혈압 및 맥박 검사
2) 결과
- 인두, 식도, 위의 화학적 손상 및 출혈
- 저혈압 (hypotension) or 빈혈 (anemia)
- 급성 간기능 부전 (acute hepatic failure)
- 급성 신부전 (acute renal failure)
- 용혈 (hemolysis)
- 범발성 혈관내 응고장애 (disseminated intravascular coagulation) 등
3. Possible diagnosis
- 빙초산 중독
4. Treatment of choice
1) 용혈, 응고장애 등 전신 증상에 초점을 맞춰 치료, symptomatic treatment 병행함
- 혈액투석(Hemodialysis): 가장 먼저 시행, 바로 효과를 볼 수 있음 -> metabolic acidosis, renal failure, hypotensiion
- 혈장분리(Plasma separation) -> hemolysis
2) 보조적으로 Heparin, erythrocyte, AT III substitute 투여 -> disseminated intravascular coagulation
3) 장기적으로 fluid management, calorie intake
4) 내시경 검사에서 necrotizing inflammation, massive hemorrhage시 total gastrectomy 고려
5) severe fibrin clots and acute necrosis시 Laparotomy 고려
6) 금기: Ipepac 등 Emesis유도제
