These challenges can affect how to develop the system in the future at BEC. By instituting a development program, it will be able to better develop junior staff members. Also, the program will improve relationships with user departments and increase user understanding of technology. Because member can develop their ability through the program, member will be able to apply the system to their work more effectively. This will help to increase job performance.

4. Is BEC ready to use the Internet to deliver information systems to
employees and customers? Explain.

BEC is concerned with information system. BEC has many outlets so, ledgers, files and customer account information became unruly. As with many businesses this size, the owner did not have the expertise or the capital for developing the company's own information systems. Nevertheless Nigel invested many efforts in information systems because he knew the significance of that. It is the reason BEC is ready to use Internet systems.

Comex, Cement Company in Mexico is a similar case to BEC. Comex had difficulty in set up a network. This company, however, applied information systems to solve this problem. Moreover, Comex develop the 'Comex Net',
