Since working as a team has been generalized these days, person-coworker fit and person-supervisor fit affect result of performance as important as person-supervisor fit does. Person-coworker fit is considered as one of the crucial factors because air hostesses and stewards spend most of time with themselves outside. Person-coworker fit has similar relationship with person-supervisor fit but the former illuminates more on interpersonal compatibility.
Like this, according to Korea Employment Information Service, there is distinct proportion between men and women in some careers. Women is preferred more than men as few as 20% and as much as 40% in careers that need agreeable trait like education and social welfare and men is preferred in administrative position and financial market which need objectivity or thoroughness.
