First stage(1999~2003) : NSTC focused on establishing the foundation of overall adjustment for science and technology.

Second stage(2004~2007) : They reinforced the function of NSTC and founded the innovation headquarter for science and technology.

Third stage(2008~2010) : They strengthened the coordination of the Blue House as a central institution and tried to manage NSTC

Main performance
