There are 27,200 customer who acquired by below channels. 3200(1.1%) customers from Direct mail, 8000(0.4%) from Take ones, 8000(26.7%) from Direct sales and 8000(0.3%) from Bind-ins
Direct mail’s cost per converted customers is $140.63, take ones’ is $62.5, direct sales’ is $28.13, bind-ins’ is $56.25.
As a result, The total cost per converted customer is $59.74, and the total percentage of converted customer over contacted customer is 0.5%
