docNon-volatile reaction mixture의 qualitative examination에 사용이 되는 simple하고 rapid한 일종의 liquid chromatograghy로 glass, aluminum 또는 plastic plate에 solid stationary phase가 coating되어있다.
원리는 분리하고자 하는 물질의 mobile phase와 stationary phase에 대한 adsorption정도에 따라 물질이 분리된다.
