Etiology
H. pylori, NSAID, ACID
Pathogenesis
- Anthrum (60%), lesser curvature (25%)
- Gastric acid output : normal or decreased
- Serum gastrin lv : increased
- Gastric emptying time : delayed
Clinical Feature
- 음식에 의해 악화
- Postprandial discomfort
- 식후 30분 ~ 1시간에 epigastric pain
- N/V
- Anorexia, Wt. loss
- Hemorrhage
- Gastric perforation : less common
