Job Description
A) Job Requirements
The person in this position is in charge of the overall management of the store along with the head office’s requirements. The main role is to achieve the monthly sales goal that is delegated from the head office.
Responsibilities for this position are as follow;
1) Manage the subordinates (delivery persons)
Educate them regarding the sales tips, manners, and the new products information
Encourage them to achieve the monthly sales goal
Hire and train new delivery person in case there is a need for a new placement or a replacement.
2) Manage the inventory
Decide the daily amount of products and divide them into an each geographical segmentation.
Dividend the right amount of the products to the delivery persons according to the areas that they are in charge of.
3) Report to the head office
Daily report: report the daily sales result, expected amount of the products needed for the following day’s sales, any special events going on the work place (that should be reported) through the network system that is connected to the head office’s computer.
Weekly report: submit the brief analysis report about the weekly sales.
