16세 여자환자, 1995년(생후 4개월)에 congenital cataract 진단 후, 1996년 (생후 12개월)경 양안에 irrigation & aspiration of lens 및 Ant. vitrectomy 와 왼쪽 눈의 Post. capsulohexis 시행 받았으며, 이후 안경 처방 받아 시력교정 해오던 환자로 Secondary IOL(Intraocular Lens) implantation 위해 입원함.
