Now days, Korea has highcriminal rate.
HYPOTHESIS 1
The city which has a high foreigner resident rate is more likely to have a high criminal rate than other city which has a low foreigner resident rate.
Why?
Criminal by foreigner is increasing.

METHOD 1
crime occurs because police officer’s number is too little. Final, we found that high school students and dropouts crime is seriously risky.
So we make progress our research to prove this factor’s impact: relationship between criminal rate and foreign resident rate, relationship between criminal rate and number of police officer, and relationship between criminal rate and education level.
