1. The reason why we chose SK telecom and HRD

SK is one of the best companies that people want to work at according to a job portal site and the company’s welfare is very good so we want to study more about SK in detail. In addition, SK’s business has been succeeded from M&A, which has acquired the companies such as Korea mobile telecom, Shinsegi telecom which were public enterprises and Loen entertainment company. After M&A, a control and revamp of human resource is inevitably important and responsible for whether the company success or not. However, even though SK had acquired a lot of companies like this, they have been continually succeeding until today and we think that SK has its own special things for human resource development and all successful business has been related to these. And in HRD, we were more interested in SK telecom’s evaluation because SK implements the assessment very systemically by pursuing SUPEX(Super Excellent Level) which is SK’s management tool because it is as important as education programs and cultivation of employees to develop people in SK telecom for meeting individual and organizational goals
