4-1 Tourism destination image depending on PPL effect
We analyzed that PPL give what kind of effect on to Cognitive, Emotional tourism destination image. In other words, we took linear regression analysis to know the Cognitive, Emotional tourism destination image depending on PPL effect. Through the variable calculation, we got the mean of PPL effect. According to the graph (figure 1), it is clearly shown that females in the age range of 40 to 60 use gender neutrals term to the least whereas males in the age range of 40 to 60 are apt to use more neutral terms than non neutral terms, which cont
same extent. It’s the same for the autonomy and the feedback factors. Since there are no differences, we can say that men and women think that they give the same amount of effort in their job and that they receive the same amount of feedback. So we can conclude that there seems to be no difference, regarding the gender, in the employee satisfaction and motivation.
