1. 매너
공공장소가 되는 트레이닝실 내에서는 운동 중에 큰 소리로 잡담을 하거나 소란 행위는 삼가도록 한다. 운동을 할 때에는 항상 트레이닝복을 착용하고 실시하며, 상의를 완전 탈의하고 운동을 하는 일이 절대로 없도록 주의한다.
