62세 여자 환자 특이 병력 없는 자로 최근 6개월 동안 7kg의 체중 감량있었고 3주 전 부터 anorexia, generalized weakness 있었으며 1주일 전 부터 mild fever 동반되었음. 2일 전 본원 내과 외래 방문하여 복부 CT 시행 후 결과 확인 예정이었으나 1일 전 부터 fever 발생하여 응급실 경유 입원
