? 구조
1) 모양과 크기
① 모양 : 속이 비어있는 원추 모양의 장기(평활근,횡문근)
② 크기 : 평균 14cm 길이 & 9cm 폭
③ 무게 : M - 300g , F - 250g
2) 위치
① with in mediastinum(lateral-lung, anterior-sternum, posterior-vertebrae)
② base : 2nd rib 아래
apex : 5th intercostal space and mid clavian(중앙쇄골선)
(or 5th intercostal space and mid line sternum에서 왼쪽으로 7.5cm)
→ 심장의 2/3가 신체중심선에서 좌측으로 치우쳐 있음
③ PMI(point of maximum impulse - 최대박동지점)
? 심첨에서 가장 심장박동의 강도가 강하게 느껴지는 흉벽의 부위
