In this experiment, three kinds of experiments were conducted. The first experiment, the single pendulum experiment, is to find out the change in period according to the change in the length of the string connected to the IMU ball. Through this, the measured value of the period and the theoretical value obtained by FBD were compared and the cause of the error was analyzed. The second experiment is a compound pendulum experiment. Unlike the first experiment, a rod was used instead of a string, and the theoretical and measured values obtained by thinking as a rigid body with the volume and mass of the ball were compared. The third experiment is a free vibration experiment. The experiment was conducted with a system consisting of one spring and a system in which two springs are connected in series. The measured value of the period was obtained through the time it takes for the object to reciprocate 10 times, and the theoretical value of the period was obtained through the given displacement value.
