For student, one course costs usually from 30,000 to 40,000 wons and they can be watched repeatedly. One subject is usually divided into multiple courses, and student can decide how many courses he or she wants to select.

Analysis of Megastudy

1. The service process of online education lectures

lecture → filming by director → Uploading

2. Members of the company : officers, lecturers, filming directors

3. Introduction of filming director

-Since megastudy is the company which provides the online education lectures, they essentially need the filming directors. The director's task is filming the lecture. Generally, the video recording is went on as one-on-one system between a lecturer and a director in a small lecture room.

4. Analysis of the director group

1)Communication

①The communication system among director group - all channel : Communications among directors are good. Their relationships are rather horizontal than vertical. Furthermore, since directors don't have any power in their workplace, they tend to be cohesive with themselves.

②The communication system between director group and other groups - Wheel : If lecturers have any idea about the recording, they can talk to the officers as alone, and then the leader of the director group takes the opinion, and talk to his own people. If directors have any ideas, the leader collects them and talk to the officers.
