본문내용
2.1 The gap between the rich and the poor
India has become a major economic power. However, the gap between the rich and the poor in India is not negligible. In big cities, like New Delhi and Bangalore, there are many people living with high-income. However, approximately 35% of the people live on less than $1 a day.

2.2 The operational and financial reasons
India is the world's 6th largest energy consumer, and due to India's economic rise, the demand for energy has grown at an average of 3.6% per year over the past 30 years. Because of the limitation of coal, dense population, large territory, and lack of facilities, it is experiencing a shortage of energy. However, India is endowed with rich solar energy resource: 300 sunny days per year equivalent to over 5,000 trillion kilowatts of solar energy in a year. Carbon emission reduction in terms of carbon credit will attract lots of investment in the renewable energy.

3. Marketing Strategy
The analysis of the industry is crucial. The analysis would be carried out with the use of Porter’s Five Forces Analysis and the SWOT Analysis.

3.1 Porter’s Five Forces Analysis

The solar panel business requires sophisticated technologies and greater investment, which brings high barriers to entry. But once entered, the possibilities of others entering would be low. However, there are many substitutes to the solar panel industry, such as the fossil fuel. Because there are many alternatives, the buyers’ power is high – they can switch to other industry at any moment. Fortunately, because the basic material for solar panel is easily accessible, the suppliers’ power is relevantly low, and so is the rivalry within the industry. Therefore, the overall attractiveness of this industry is not high, but not very low as well.

3.2 SWOT Analysis (Strength, Weakness, Threat, and Opportunity) of Solar Panel Market

3.3 Business plan
For the installment of the solar panel is quite expensive, we suggest two strategies to lessen the burdens of the customers. The first option is the renting of the panels at a reasonable price for limited years. If the customers are satisfied, they can purchase the panel. If they are not, they can stop the rental service. The second option is to allow monthly installment payments.
For the targeted
