Holy Mother Improvement Meeting(HMIM)
- meet once in a month last week Friday
- discuss agenda about labor conditions
- Each department managements must attend more than one member
- through a year all the upper managements attend HMIM
Freedom of association
All workers are guaranteed Labor Rights under the statement and are allowed to join unions and other activities.
Collective bargaining and decent work
Company and workers discuss work conditions with respect. Once a month company and the representative of union have regular meeting. Each member has a right to speak.
Grievance machinery
We discuss the grievance. Employees of the meetings to hear employees’ complaints to resolve it will have a duty to do our best.
Dispute settlement
Resolution of disputes will be done at the negotiating table. HMIM made in the negotiations that applies to all employees and will be publicized and applied immediately to work.
