non-union policy for long time. The point is that is this
right to non-union policy in SAMSUNG?

Problem of non-union
1.Poor environment
Mr.Kim worked in poor environment including overwork, exposure of chemicals and stress form work
However, he didn’t have any chance to mention about his difficulties to company.
Mr.Kim worked more than originally stated in the contract.
