본문내용
For this time, we are encountered with the case called “National Cranberry Cooperative case.”
There are three main questions for the case, and we the “give me A” group took 4 times of group meeting for discuss about those.
Finally, now we suggest our result below, and the main theme of our result is separating the case to two different situations. Firstly, we will assume that the controlling the ratio of wet harvest and dry harvest is possible with some method. That is, we can fix the ratio with 70% of wet harvest regardless of the length of term (either in short-term or in long-term). Although wet harvest is more beneficial to farmers so every farmer will prefer water harvest to dry harvest, we can avoid the increase of ratio by giving some incentives to dry harvest. In this assumption, answer for Q1, Q2 will be suggested. Secondly, we will assume that the controlling the ratio is impossible. That is, the ratio will be higher than 70%, and it will become higher as time goes by. It is because wet harvest gave more benefits.
In addition, the last part of our discussion will be focused on the additional suggestion for National Cranberry Cooperative.
