1. 잠재성장률이란
한 나라가 물가상승을 유발하지 않고, 노동과 자본 등 생산요소를 총동원해 달성할 수 있는 최대 성장능력을 말합니다.
예를 들어 잠재성장률이 4%라면 아무리 고용을 늘리고 공장 가동률을 높여도, 물가상승을 감수하지 않고서는 4% 이상 성장을 달성하기 힘들다는 얘기입니다.
