LED(Light Emitting Diode)는 반도체에 전압을 인가할 때 생기는 발광현상을 이용한 광원이다. 전기를 통해주면 전자가 에너지 레벨이 높은 곳에서 낮은 곳으로 이동하면서 특정한 파장의 빛을 내는 화합물 반도체에

Metal substrate가 p-electrode의 역할을 하기 때문에 transparent conduction layer가 없이도 normal led에 비해 넓은 반응 면적을 가질 수 있다.
