Non-intervention is a norm in international society. It is illegal under the UN charter 2:4 article for states to intervene in other states’ internal affairs. However, humanitarian intervention is an exception to this and has been frequently used to justify states’ acts in intervening other states’ affairs since the Second World War. Humanitarian intervention is an act that allows interferi
