The government establishes earthquake disaster countermeasure law from last years, and it is under enforcement
Earthquake observation facilities that were nothing more than 30 places in 1997 approximately increase two or three times every four year. 100 places were installed in 2001 and extended until 400 places in last year.
The Meteorological Administration will install 700 observation facilities (Investment amount 70 billion won) in 2015 and install 800 observation facilities (Investment amount 200 billion won) in 2020.
The coastal hazard maps which are preparing to the tsunami damage
will add to 41 places in 2014
We are developing an early alarm system which is informing evacuation information within 10 seconds until 2020.

Because students are trained several times in a year, they can respond better than the adults.
