Malcolm Gladwel ,author of the book, defines `Outliers` as a successful person who beyonds the category of ordinary people in this book. The author suggests that the new perspectives which break the stereotypes of successful person with the each specific examples be stipulated in this book. The author stipulates that there are totally different factors to success apart from passion, efforts, and talents which all were mentioned as factors to success in this book. Those are summarized in the below three sentences.
1. The more chances for success comes to for those who were born with opportunity. (The Matthew Effect)
2. The opportunity has been effected by the society and culture which beyonds the individual categories ,including effort and talent, that we have nomally known.
