평생 발병률 0.3-0.7%
평생 유병율 1%
한국 평생 유병율- 서울 남 0.47%, 여 0.24% / 지방 남 0.93%, 여 0.38%
발병 시작: 남 15-25세, 여 25-35세
10%의 환자 자살.
