1)사전적 의미
therapy

-The systematic application of remedies to effect a cure: care, regimen,

2)어원적 의미
therapy 그리스어에서 유래, ‘heal’치유하다
touch 라틴어에서 유래, ‘tocchare’ 가볍게 때린다→분리된 두 공간을 연결.
3) therapeutic touch 정의
치료자의 손을 환자의 에너지 장 위에서 움직이면서 환자를 치유할 수 있도록
하기위한 기(Chi, Qi) or 프라나(Prana)의 흐름을 바르게 조작하는 에너지 치료
