1.정의
특정 활동을 위한 신체 각 부분간의 상대적 배열을 의미하는 체위(position), 혹은 태도 (attitude), 혹은 신체를 지 지하는 특징적 방법으로 정의되는 일반적인 용어.
2.자세 기준선(Postural referance line)
1)자세 기준선과 관련된 해부학적 구조
①slightly posterior to the apex of the coronal suture(관상봉합, 전두골-두정골)
②through the external auditory meatus
③through the odontoid process of the axis
④through the bodies of the cervical vertebrae
⑤through the bodies of the lumbar vertebrae
⑥through the sacral promontory(*center of gravity: 제 2천추 전방 5cm)
⑦slightly posterior to the center of the hip joint
⑧slightly anterior to the center of the knee joint
⑨through the cacaneocuboid joint
2)자세 기준선이 지나는 표면점(sulface landmark)
①through the lobe of the ear
②through the shoulder joint with the arms hanging in a normal alignment to the trunk
