Many factors, such as the way to experiment shear strength, the choice of shear strength, the way to analyze, the characteristic of shear strength, slope‘s geometrical condition and the degree of uncertainty of other conditions, the cost spent to lower slope’s slope or to decrease the height, the result and the amount of damage when slope is destructed, judging whether slope is the permanent structure or the impermanent structure are all influential. Therefore, when designing slope or a structure requires a lot of prudent effort.
