1. K (칼륨, Potassuim) - K⁺
K⁺ 은 세포 내 양이온의 최대 스타!!
K은 체내에서 가장 많은 양이온
근육 내에 대량 존재
결핍 시 근육 수축과 이완에 장애
삼투압과 pH 조절, 나트륨과 함께 혈압 조절
세포의 막 전위나 흥분성 결정 - 신경세포, 근육세포 등 흥분성 결정
2. Na (나트륨, Sodium) - Na⁺
Na⁺ 농도가 세포 외 액의 양이온 농도를 대표!
체액의 성분, 신경조절, 체액 량 결정
- 체액의 수소 이온 농도(pH)조절 및 근육 신경의 흥분 조절
결핍 과다 섭취 시 혈액의 부피 증가, 혈관 수축,
혈관 말초저항 상승 -> 고혈압 유발
- 결핍 시 다뇨, 설사 등을 일으킬 수 있다.
○ Na/K 펌프 (Na⁺,K⁺- ATPase)
신경 활동의 가장 중요한 이온 - Na⁺, K⁺
세포 내외의 항상성을 유지
체내의 체액의 농도를 조절해 혈압 등
신체작용을 조절
