Feminist approaches can introduce the full, or a fuller, range, ‘in the first place.'

The critical energy and far-reaching nature of gender-based approaches is a major strength of those approaches in the way that feminism is not an approach among others, but a form of critique.

Weaknesses of Feminist Approaches

It is ambiguous that feminist and gender-based understanding of visual culture have un ultimate goal.

In some part, feminist approach does not challenge the gendered nature of the structure itself but merely inserts women into a structure(patriarchal hierarchy).
