Coca-Cola has designed a Teaching company program in
conjunction with the University of Ulster.
The objective of the scheme is to develop and introduce
world-class performance methodologies.
Ultimately, Coca-Cola intends to 'export' the methodologies
especially in Eastern Europe and Africa.
The teaching company associates (TCA) were trained
as assessor to the EQA model.
As the organization employs people, the TCA gathered
information on EQA criteria during each interview.
The TCA compiled the data identifying strengths and
areas for improvement against the criteria.
