objective : Timely Rain for Employees
Pulmuone is concentrating on Learning and growh perspective on the principal of ‘Timely Rain for Emplyoees’. In the Learning and growth area, there are five factors for pulmuone’s critical success.
Pulmuone’s first CSF is Distinct Organization Culture. Pulmuone pursues construction of a family-friendly company culture to enhance company competitiveness and employee satisfaction. It uses Employee Assistance Programs Report and Great Work Place satisfaction Level Research as KPI to measure their strategic performance. EAP are programs such as professional counseling and regular special seminars in various fields of the company, and family operated as well as the measurements of stress.
Second CSF is Safe job position. The industrial Safety and Health Committee of Pulmuone reviews the overall industrial safety and health status of each business site. Industrial Hazards rate, Job creation rate, Turnover rateand Temporary workers rate are used as KPI of safe job position.
Third CSF is Employee Empowerment Program. Pulmuone has competency development education aimed at fostering necessary capabilities, and core man power to
