1. The basic principle.
(1) Fast and kind service - It is based on success of Mc.donald .
(2) Supplying sevice that surpass customer's expectation
(3) Training that gives employee a responsibility and authority.
- the employee should think about customer's position.
(4) The reason for finding our food - secure the truth that is supplying safe foods. Every processed food goes through a stringent safe course based on HACCP.
(5) A effort that must be customer's happiness and pleasure, not just to supply some foods.
2. Present Situation
(1) McDelivery Service
1) First introduced in July 2007/ provided service regardless of purchase amount.
(But, the problem is a limited manpower for delivery service)
2) Mc Donald implemented McDelivery Service to supply more effective service than present service.
3) One can be recieved delivery service when order cost must be at least 7000 won.
